QUINTERO & QUINTERO ABOGADOS was funded in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon in 1949 by Arturo M. Quintero Troncoso, who had the vision of setting up a law firm based on the principles of loyalty and honesty, knowledge of the law and the ethical practice of our profession; to this day, our partners, associates, attorneys and collaborators have continued to apply these principles to our practice, increasing the scope of our services to satisfy the needs of the current legal services market.
The firm was conceived to service our clients in all matters pertaining to litigation. Today, Quintero & Quintero has a multidisciplinary practice, rendering the highest quality of services in both litigation, transactional, and corporate law.
Quintero & Quintero has garnered sufficient acclaim, prestige and quality to be positioned as one of the leading law firms in Northern Mexico. We are located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, the most important industrial hub in Mexico, however, our services extend to other places in the Country, mainly Mexico City and Guadalajara, as well as abroad.
Firm policy requires that all of our members perform their work in a respectful and ethical manner, providing our clients with their utmost attention which should not be demanded, but is very well deserved by them.

Our Practice.
Our purpose is to provide – at the highest level of excellence – litigation services consisting in legal counselling and client representation before all judicial and administrative courts and authorities; in addition, we offer corporate and transactional legal services, both locally and internationally.
Our Firm services individual clients in all matter of legal issues relating to family law, probate, estate planning, real estate, commercial and civil transactions, criminal, administrative and amparo, among others.
For corporate entities, we offer legal services in all kinds of commercial, civil, administrative and amparo litigation, as well as arbitration, contracts, corporate governance and compliance, intellectual property, government permits and authorizations, mergers and acquisitions, labor matters and other areas.
