Santos Nader

Bachelor´s degree in Law from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey in 2019. Currently doing his Master’s degree in Energy Law and Sustainability from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.

Experience:

• Started his professional career by practicing Family law pro bono at age 19.

• Previously worked in the municipal government of General
  Escobedo, Nuevo León as Legal Director and subsequently as
  Secretary of Internal Comptroller, Transparency, and Legal
  Control of the same city.
• Experience as Legal Director of both Nuevo Leon’s State
  Congress Treasury and Accounting, as well as the Department
  of Financial Intelligence for the State of Nuevo Leon.
• Has also served as Legal Advisor to the city of San Pedro
  Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon.
• Currently a lawyer at Quintero & Quintero Abogados,
  specializing in Administrative, Construction, and Asset-Related

Cantú García

Experience:

• Mr. Saúl Cantú, interned in the legal department of Grupo
  Stiva, with activities, particularly in the drafting of leasing and
  purchase and sale contracts and in the litigation area.

  investigation files and preparation of oral trial hearings.

Felipe De Jesús Avila Turrubiartes

Lic. Lizeth Yesenia Cantú Tamez

Graduated from Law School at Universidad de Monterrey in 2022, degree obtained by means of a professional examination, presenting a Thesis related to eco-labeling and fast fashion, entitled “El eco-etiquetado en prendas de vestir de moda rápida en México”.

Experience:

• Started off her career as a meritorious in the Third District Court in Administrative Matters of the State of Nuevo Leon.
• Following that, she worked as an intern at the organization RENACE A.B.P in the legal services division.
• Subsequently, she joined Quintero & Quintero Abogados, S.C., as a legal intern.
• She currently works as a Litigation Attorney in Quintero & Quintero Abogados, S.C., practicing Family, Civil, and Commercial law.

Lic. Alejandro Sánchez López

Bachelors Degree by Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in 2019. Finished his Master’s Degree in Criminal Law by Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in the year 2022.

Experience:

• As a student, he started his journey doing an internship at the law firm Ávila & Lozano (Currently named “Ávila, Lozano & Rodal”) practicing Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Law, and Commercial Law litigation.
• Began his professional career as an attorney practicing Criminal Law at the private law firm Quiroga, Bartlett & Cía.
• Currently practices Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Commercial Law litigation in Quintero y Quintero Abogados, S.C.
• Ongoing member of the lawyer´s association called “La Barra Mexicana del Colegio de Abogados A.C.” since 2022.
